Compared to most “bodybuilding” or other programs, BULK creates a balanced regime of heavy movements, agility training, mobility work and isolation movements. ITS TIME TO SEE RESULTS!
BULK will be divided in 4 phases. Every phase will last for a quarter but mainly focusing on upper / lower split routine with a core and cardio day in between. Whether you are a beginner, intermediate or advanced trainee or whether you want to build muscle, lose fat / increase strength, the upper / lower body split can ALWAYS be set up in a way that will be extremely effective for you.
Amit has been following the BULK program for nearly 6 months now. He has completed 2 phases and is currently starting phase 3. He has seen brilliant results in his personal transformation. To get these results it has not been easy but hearing from Amit Bhojwani, with a proper STRUCTURED plan it allows for consistent measurable progress towards your goal.
Hence it is very important to have a structured program in place along with proper nutrition to get the ultimate body you have always wanted. And thats what BULK is all about.
